Our fleet includes a range of luxury Mercedes-Benz executive vehicles. Clients can choose the vehicle that best suits their needs and preferences. What is included in the chauffeur service?
Our chauffeur service includes a professional, suited chauffeur driver, an immaculately presented vehicle and a premium level of customer service. Complimentary amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi are also included. Specific alcoholic beverage requirements are extra.
Are chauffeurs trained and licensed?
All our chauffeurs undergo rigorous training and hold the necessary licenses as well as checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They are experienced professionals committed to providing a safe and comfortable journey.
What measures are in place for health and safety?
We prioritise the health and safety of both our clients and our chauffeurs. Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each appointment. Vehicles are also serviced by the local dealer using OEM parts to ensure they are always reliable and safe.
Can I travel long distances with your chauffeur service?
We can go anywhere in the Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales so we can meet any long-distance travel requirements for our clients.
Is chauffeur service available for airport and ferry transfers?
We offer airport and ferry terminal transfer services, just provide us with your flight or ferry times during the booking process so we can pick you up or drop you off at the right time.
What if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We monitor flight statuses to adjust pick-up times accordingly. If your flight is delayed (or arriving ahead of schedule), your chauffeur will adjust the pick-up time to match your new arrival time.
Do you offer services for special occasions?
We cater to various special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, proms or nights out to the theatre, opera or ballet. Our chauffeurs will ensure your special day is memorable with our luxury vehicles and first-class service.
Are ribbons included for weddings?

Can I customise my journey?
You can customise your journey by providing specific requests such as preferred routes, music choices, additional stops or amenities. Let us know your preferences when you book.
Can I make last-minute bookings?
While we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if we have any availability.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We have a cancellation and refund policy – please notify us 7 days before your booking or you are charged a £100 cancellation fee.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, we offer corporate and personal accounts.
